Rules, we got to have them.....

WEE-Haul Rules & Guidelines (AKA The Fine Print)

Ok, when you order a WEE-Haul, what can you load on the trailer? Basically, if it fits, it ships; however, there are some things we can't take. Honestly, once you read the list, you wouldn't want to be the one loading them anyway.

We believe fine print shouldn’t feel like a trick. These rules exist for a reason: to protect our equipment, keep people safe, and dispose of materials responsibly.

If you ever have a question, just ask — we’re happy to help.

🚫 Trailer Use Rules

The trailer must stay on the delivery property

What this means:
Once delivered, the trailer must not be moved, towed, or relocated.

Why:
Our trailers are not licensed for customer transport, and moving them creates safety, liability, and insurance risks for everyone.

Do not overload the trailer

What this means:
Material must not exceed a safe height above the trailer sides (we need to be able to secure it for transport)  or weight limits must not be exceeded.

Why:
Overloading damages equipment, risks road safety, and can result in refusal at disposal facilities.

Load materials evenly

What this means:
Distribute weight evenly from front to back and side to side.

Why:
Uneven loads can damage axles, tires, and couplers — and make towing unsafe.

Nothing may hang over the sides

What this means:
All materials must fit fully inside the trailer.

Why:
Loose or protruding items are dangerous during transport and illegal on public roads.

🌎 Materials We DO NOT Accept

These items are restricted due to environmental laws, disposal facility rules, or safety risks.

❌ Heavy / Ground Materials

  • Concrete
  • Bricks
  • Dirt
  • Soil
  • Sand
  • Gravel
  • Asphalt

Why:
These materials exceed weight limits quickly and require specialized disposal methods.

❌ Hazardous or Regulated Waste

  • Paint (wet or liquid)
  • Chemicals
  • Solvents
  • Fuel
  • Oil
  • Pesticides
  • Asbestos
  • Medical waste

Why:
These materials require licensed hazardous-waste handling and cannot legally go to standard disposal facilities.

❌ Biological & Sanitary Waste

  • Dead animals
  • Animal remains
  • Human waste
  • Diapers
  • Septic material

Why:
These pose serious health risks and require specialized bio-waste disposal.

❌ Pressurized or Explosive Items

  • Sealed Propane tanks
  • Sealed Gas cylinders
  • Sealed Fire extinguishers
  • Ammunition
  • Fireworks

Why:
These items can explode or ignite during transport or processing.

❌ Liquids of Any Kind

  • Buckets with liquid
  • Bags of liquid waste
  • Oil or fuel containers (even partially full)

Why:
Liquids spill, leak, and contaminate trailers and disposal sites.

♻️ Environmental Responsibility

We work with approved disposal and recycling facilities. When possible, materials are recycled instead of landfilled, but that only works if prohibited items are kept out of the trailer.

Improper materials force entire loads to be rejected, creating waste, delays, and extra fees — which we want to avoid for everyone.

💰 Extra Fees & Refusals

Additional fees may apply if:

  • Prohibited materials are loaded
  • The trailer is obviously overloaded

✅ When in Doubt — Ask

If you’re unsure about an item, call or message us before loading it. We’d much rather answer a quick question, or help you find a solution, than deal with a problem later.

Our Goal

Keep things simple, safe, and fair — for you, for us, and for the environment.

Thanks for choosing WEE-Haul.
